In the morning empty stomach, 1 NTAH tab + 2 KD tab + 1 PCD + 1 NHSC(incase of Diabeties Mellatious i.e DM & very high dose of insulin is taken or Diabeties uncontrollable & very high + 1 NH- Herbal 33 ( for 30/ 60/ 90 days in case of Arthritis take 30 days extra after cure) + 2 to 4 NH Harbal 44 for 3 to 4 months.

Evening/ night – DO-

DO/DO NOT 1,2,3,6,7,8,10,14,32,33,34,37,39,40,41,45,45,46 ( if possible) 50,57 (only do not stop heart + diabeties medicines immediately,rest you can stop immediately)

Evening / night empty stomach – DO-

DO/DONOT- 1,2,3,6,7,8,10,34,37,38,39,40,41,45,46,49, do not stop Heart + Diabeties medicine immediately. Do so with advice from doctor) 50,51.

you will be able to slowly stop all other medicines but Arthiritis & joint pain medicines you may stop immediately after you are cure.
